Of Dartmouth, passed peacefully on March 28, 2017 at the Dartmouth General Hospital. Son of the late Beatrice and Milledge Gordon Griffiths. Survived by wife of 61 years, Mildred Griffiths; children, Wanda Griffiths, Comox BC, Patricia Griffiths, Edmonton, AB, and Gordon Griffiths, Dartmouth; grandchildren, Daniel, Ashley, Caitlin, Holly and Matthew; siblings, Doris (John) Goodwin, Halifax, Dudley (Brenda), Digby, and Patricia. Predeceased by his brother Geoffrey Griffiths and sister-in-law Patricia Griffiths; special friends, Marg and Aub White, Cold Lake, AB. Griff had a long military career in the Canadian Air Force where he worked on many aircrafts as an airframe technician.  (Griff was a Det Chief)  His military career allowed him to travel and he loved gardening and sports, especially curling.
