Comrades

It is with deep regret that family has informed us that Beatrice "Bea" "Rocky" Anderson has passed away. Rocky was a current Life member of ANAVETS Sidney Museum Unit 302 having joined the Sidney Unit back in 1972 as an Active member. Rocky served Canada during the Second World War 1943-1946 and, during her membership with ANAVETS, she served on the Executive committee in several chairs from 1998-2012. It was in 2011 that Rocky received her Life membership of the ANAVETS Association. Rocky could always be seen at Unit 302 meetings contributing her ideas and vote on topics of interest. She was also a regular at the meat draws sitting along the rail next to the dance floor and, winning her share of the meat.

Rocky was also a member of Banshee Chapter for a number of years
