We are deeply saddened by the passing of Dorothy K Carver (nee Turner), a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother on April 8th 2017 at the age of 92. Dorothy proudly served in the Royal Canadian Navy for seven years at Shearwater, Nova Scotia. She was an active member of Beta Sigma Phi for over forty-five years. Dorothy was a beautiful seamstress and enjoyed playing a round of golf with her husband and friends. Dorothy Kathleen Emily is predeceased by her loving husband Joseph E Carver (July 3rd 2016), she is survived by her daughters Dorothy (Gordon) Green of Maple Ridge, BC and Nancy (Stephen) Johnston of North Vancouver; grandchildren: Kimberly (Rodney) Green, Joseph (Megan) Green, Alexander Green, Dorian Green, Elena Green, Leyland (Stephanie) Hiphner, Devon Hiphner; and great grandchildren: Samuel Green, Riley Green, Deacon Green, Nya Green and Carver Green; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
